Return & Refund Policy

At Herbsa Care, we take pride in delivering the best quality herbal and skincare products. Since our products are related to personal care & hygiene, we maintain strict quality checks. Please read our return & refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return only if:

    • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

    • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used herbal or skincare products.

  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Replacement Policy

  • If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement of the same item.

  • In case the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID, product images, and issue details.

  4. Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse address provided by our team.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
