2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened/used herbal or skincare products.

Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days via the same payment method used during purchase.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Policy
