Delivery Policy

At Herbsa Care, we strive to deliver your favorite herbal & skincare products safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully:

1. Shipping Locations

  • We deliver across all major cities in India.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3 – 7 business days (depending on location).

  • Metro cities: usually 2 – 4 business days.

  • Rural/remote areas: may take 7 – 10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹499/-.

  • For orders below ₹499/-, a flat shipping fee of ₹49/- will be charged.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra COD fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment in real time.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • While we ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or natural calamities may affect delivery time.

  • In such cases, we will keep you updated.

7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please provide the correct and complete delivery address.

  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges may apply.
